The service tech was friendly, prompt and professional. The 20 year old carpets came out looking better than ever. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling Oxi Fresh of Concord again.

Oxi Fresh did a great job cleaning our carpets and 2 chairs at a pretty reasonable price. Our tech Dawson was very nice, thorough, and answered all our questions. He even did our ottoman for no additional charge. Slight negative is that it took longer than 1-2 hours to dry - really stayed a bit damp until the next day - but not a big deal for us and it was a cool day.

I have a light grey/beige couch that was looking old and worn and desperately needed to be cleaned. I've used spot treatments, my own little upholstery cleaner, but nothing ever worked. Dawson came by this week and did an AMAZING job making my couch look new again! He was thorough, friendly, and I will absolutely be booking him again!
