8/10/17 - Oxi-Fresh Carpet Cleaning 877-694 3737 same areas as 8/1/2016. $164.00 - $25.00 gift card = $139.00
Gift card - $25.00 for next cleaning - Joseph, who talked a lot while working, and made me uncomfortable. Carpet was very clean and stayed clean for a long time.
7/2018 - Called for appt. Told the appt. person that the livingroom/former dining room (now office) were the 1 room, as before and the rest the same. She insisted that there were 3 rooms and charged accordingly, which was, after the $25.00 discount, that she said wouldn't apply, would come to considerable more than I had paid last time. Joseph was assigned. Cancelled the appt. and cleaned the carpet with Oxi-Clean ourselves. I felt that there was a bit of bait & switch going on and decided that unless things were more like 8/1/16, I would make other plans.

Joseph came to clean our carpet in Pacific Grove. He called ahead to confirm, arrived on time and was doing an excellent, most professional job when mid-way through the cleaning my elderly father suddenly needed to be transported to the hospital. As the commotion of 911 personnel arriving & assessing my father & asking me questions, contacting family, my dog going berserk, I looked up and there was Joseph tending to my dog. Then as I hurriedly gathered my dad's insurance cards & my purse, Joseph helped me get out of the house quickly for waiting 911 personnel and assured me he would finish the job and have everything squared away before he left. I completely knew I was in good hands and as I walked out, Joseph was cuddling my dog and reassuring her. He texted me to see how my dad was mid-afternoon and told me all was secure at our house. I came home to find he'd put away our lunch we were having when my dad's episode began, settled my dog with a dog bed & closed her off in the kitchen and had done a most wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I appreciate Joseph and his caring so very much during a scary experience when I thought I was alone...but wasn't! Thank you again Joseph!
