Everything was fine until he cleaned my recliner sofa. It got so wet that it destroyed the mechanism and the recliner is stuck in the out position. He told me to wait till it dried out then maybe it would go back in. A day later it is still out. Now I need a new sofa. I called the Oxi Fresh office, the receptionist said someone would contact me. I've not heard anything. How can you make it right?

Our owner returned to the office after the cleaning & didn't want to wear his boots in his office so he took them off. His socks were brown after taking two steps. I have pictures if needed.

Didn't take as long, almost as good as steam cleaning and dries in 1 to 2 hours
