I like the office people, but unfortunately, the person who came to do the service was more than an hour late and had a bad attitude. I don't need people who argue with me about things I am paying them to do. He phoned the office after I disagreed with him about the price he wanted to charge but I knew that I had a coupon. Fortunately, he came back with a more polite attitude. I like using Oxi because I have been dealing with the company for several years now, and I have always been pleased with the results.
