I schedule to get my carpet clean, and until the service tech get here wouldn't clean the carpet because the carpet is old. Would of been better if I knew this before I wasted my time prepping my house, prior the arrival of this carpet cleaning tech.
I give a 1 star on this review, I tried to edit the ratings, but won't let me.

I wanted to get a recliner and a chair clean. Technician said chairs did not have care label And that you guys didn’t specialize in upholstery so he wasn’t going to do it. If you guys don’t specialize in upholstery cleaning then don’t advertise or let alone book it. The cleaning was super quick which tells me you guys don’t take the time to do a good job.
