This is an update to the previous post of 5 stars. Two weeks after my carpet cleaning almost all of the previous stains have returned. Immediately following the cleaning the carpet looked great. The stains began to gradually become prominent until they appear almost exactly like they did prior to having the carpet cleaned. I do not recommend this company. The person who cleaned my carpet was Eric. This appears to be some sort of scam.

Efficient - arrived 15 min early and cleaned about 600 sq ft in about 90 min.
Professional - introduced himself, looked at the stains and treated the stains based on what caused the stain, analyzed my carpet then explained exactly what he was going to do and how it all works. The whole process was surprisingly quiet and did not interfer with other business' activities.
Reasonable prices. There was no upsaling of products or treatments. The price they quoted was what I received.
Drying time was fairly quick...about 1-2 hrs.
Carpet looks great!

My carpet was heavily soiled in a few spots (and still are) but instead of an hour ( 9am)it took until about 3pm the next day to dry. The tech was very nice but you couldn't see the spotty areas
till dried.

Stephen was awesome. It is an old rug with lots of stains and he got it looking great. He had a great personality. You have got a great guy there. Didn’t try to over sell me on things I didn’t need.
