I contacted Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning on Monday & they were able to have a representative out to my house on Tuesday @ 8am, Todd was the representative & he was able to clean my carpets & get all the stains out especially the pet stains (pee & poop). I was not able to be there to see the finished work in person but my son was & he showed me via FaceTime & photos, I can honestly say that Told did a Great job at getting the stains out. I look forward to seeing the finished work in 2 weeks when I go back for a visit. 100% Job Well Done!!!

I had never used a professional furniture cleaner before. I am pleased enough with the cleaning job but some spots did not come out. I was also told it would take 4 hours to dry and it is 24 hours and not fully dry yet. The guy was nice enough and efficient. I think you should give a window for arrival rather than a specific time if they tend to be late.
Given the price, which seems plenty high to me, I was taken aback to be asked if I was going to tip since I dont tip plumbers, electricians, the dryer guy, or other service people. I also found it odd that you wouldnt take a check....
Which I had to tear up because I had already written it. It was easy to get this scheduled and quick. I mean it's okay. My couches are cleaned.
