The technician was very upfront with the process and professional. I appreciated that my carpet was 'dry' within a few hours and my carpet smelled and looked clean!

The customer service was excellent and the process was smooth as can be but I really wish the outcome away better I thought the carpets would be cleaner don't know if the tech rush but I had carpets cleand before and it didn't take 45mins. I really feel like it was a waste of $180 I think I can find a better finish else where. If you feel compelled to make things right and come back out please contact me.

I went to a commericalized carpet service and they were unable to remove stains out; however this company was able to remove the stains in less time and money.
