horrible, never have i had a so called cleaning like this. I had to rent a cleaner and have pictures of the bk dirt that came out.the smell was so bad . the carpet was not even damp wen they left. 130. dollars for one room that had to be done over. please don't sent me coupons they would not be used. my friends were shocked and im sure they will not be using you.
