My tech was late so I had to call. No confirmation that he was running late. It got scheduled an hour later which they called closer to time to reschedule for following day. I had to mention what else could they do for next day. Last, when they got there the next day I was shocked by the cost of spot staining. The initial call person did not go over any possible cost. The tech was professional and did a great job
