Our cleaning tech was Erik. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. We have a small place so it only took about an hour or so. Even though we didn't need our carpet protected Erik explained to us some other services that would keep our carpet looking nice.
When we need another cleaning we'll call Oxi Fresh. We are very satisfied with the service.

Although the major problem of the wax stain was improved considerably there were a few little stains that were overlooked. Perhaps it would be a good idea to place little stickers on these spots. Otherwise the gentlemen was very thorough and competent.

The tech had to leave for 1 hour for some emergency. He left after spraying the floor with the cleaning solution. Then once he came back he had to re spray the floor. Overall. All what should been a quick cleaning. Turn out to bad.
