Technician was on time and very knowledgeable about the process. Even though our carpet was old it looked great after the cleaning.
There were no dirty hoses and dripping water all over. The process was fast.

The carpet looks great! Anthony was wonderful! He explained all our options in detail. Then he went to work and didn’t stop till it was perfect. We are so happy we chose Oxi fresh!!

The company and technician stayed in contact with us. Reminding us of upcoming appointment and reaching out as he was on his way. Anthony was very timely, friendly, and professional. Carpets look fresh and clean! Took almost eight hours to fully dry vs the advertised 1-1 1/2 hours. Didn’t affect us since it’s just the two of us, but could be problematic to a larger family. Definitely will use again when the need arises.
