I've been using Oxi Fresh for quite a few years. With three small dogs and a cat I'm constantly needing to clean my carpets. Oxi Fresh is quick and easy and easy to book! No long hoses, all self-contained and very efficient. LG. - Crockett, CA - 07/15/2023

He did a good job of cleaning but I notice several peanut halves at front edge of couch that he should have removed. Little things count. LT. - Pinole, CA - 06/23/2023

I had two area rugs of same design and fabric. They were multi-colored design (white and gray with a yellow-gold in shape of a ribbon across the width of the rug). We (husband and I) took them to driveway outside after driveway had been power washed, the morning for scheduled carpet cleaning. We could not have them washed inside because risk of water on the hardwood floor was not a risk I could afford to take. It was a dry, sunny day when the agent arrived. When he finished, I saw the wide strips of light and dark on the rugs which often happens when parts of rug are dry and parts are still wet. I assumed that once the rug was entirely dry the rug would return to normal appearance, only cleaner. I also assumed that once I vacuumed the area rugs the “carpet nap” would even out the appearance. Once the rugs were dry, vacuumed and in the house, I saw the damage. The gold color in the design was bleached out. The “white” color in the design was gone. Both rugs were entirely gray. I concluded that the Oxy cleanser, along with the sunlight bleached the rugs or the rugs were not “colorfast”. So the “cleaning process” released the gray dominate color and spread it thoroughly across the entire rug. Both rugs are ruined. I’ll have to replace them. Once when using Gain Laundry detergent with “Oxy”, my towels (in hot water) would come out of washer with bleached out spots. No bleach had been added to the washer, just the dry detergent. This was years ago and I had forgotten how damaging Oxy can be. So be careful! SM. - Hercules, CA - 04/30/2023
