The job is partially ok. The stairs are not satisfactory and the wall to wall carpet in master and office left such ugly triangle stripes we had to vacuum it over and over to get rid of that. Also, in my life I have always tipped a good job in my home, however was not used to being prompted to do so. Equipment was left too long on the hardwood floor and today we had to clean and polish it to look good again. The oriental rugs were done well, they are brighter.
