I like that the carpet was dry quickly after the cleaning -- within a couple hours. Also, the cleaning process was quick, like something that could be completed in the same span of time as a lunch break.

Employee worked really hard to get our area rugs clean but unfortunately they aren't. Still very wet 12 hrs later and smell bad even after paying the Xtra deodorizing fee. $190 price way too high and my carpets aren't clean.

I liked everything about Oxi Fresh! From booking the service, the product, the carpet tech and the completion of the service. Kevin was great! I had a room with some pretty big wine stains and Kevin was knowledgeable about your product and services. The wine stains came right out! I’m very happy with the outcome! I would recommend Oxi Fresh to everyone asking and will be using you guys again in the future!
