Chris from Oxifresh did an amazing job on a big spot I got on my carpet and the rest of the carpets came out beautiful also. This is the second time I’ve had Oxifresh to my home and Kevin did an amazing job also. I would recommend this highly this company!

Two scheduled appointments both no shows? First time I was told that can’t find their employee who was to do the job. We re-scheduled at their earliest available time which was a week later. The morning of the appointment we called to confirm and was told it’s still on. At 12:30 which was the appointment time we called asking for an ETA and was told they are not coming. No need to get into what was said after that as we want to keep this PG. WILD. Don’t know about the other OXI Fresh Carpet Cleaning Businesses but Costa Mesa CA Franchise is trash and you would be well advised to find a different company to clean your carpet.

First, your “treatment “ left the carpet hard and crunchy. This could be because you don’t have a second procedure or step that removes the Oxyclean from the carpet With fresh water. I have spent two hours working on it and taking off additional soil left in the carpet not removed from your treatment. Also, I had to change the water multiple times to get the film your product left on the carpet. Never again!
