If I could rate this company higher I would! I had scheduled a tech to come out and clean a room where my daughter's cat had been marking for some time. I had tried everything possible from Vinegar, baking soda, enzymatic cleaners, you name it! The pungent smell still lingered on. I decided to go on the internet to look for a carpet cleaner and I chose OxiFresh and boy am I glad I did! Trying to make a long story short, my tech, Hunter was more than amazing! The OxiFresh process was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. I had the "cat" room, another bedroom, and an area rug cleaned. Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with the area rug and requested them to come back. He had already on the first visit explained that the rug had normal wear and tear due to high traffic areas and may not look as new as the areas with less traffic. Not only did he redo my area rug he reapplied more topical product in the "cat" room (and I didn't even ask!) to help the smell. I am going to be replacing the carpet this fall, but in the meantime, the room doesn't even come close to smelling like it did! I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Hunter and how well he interacts with his customers. My dogs even love him!! Thank you for appeasing me and doing such a great job!!
