If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. We have had a very unsatisfactory experience with the local OxiFresh company in Tucson, AZ. The technician was rather undecided as to the treatments to apply. She had to come back for a redo and had the audacity to ask for a tip. The redo was effective. Next, the oil stains she treated have resurfaced and another redo is necessary, which the owner will not agree to. He will not even return a phone call to discuss.
