Service was great and tech was very friendly and did a thorough job. The only feedback was that the appointment was set for 4 p.m. and he was behind schedule and was not at our site until 5:30 p.m.

I know my couches were dirty, but u can still see places where it is still dirty, I cleaned a few areas that needed cleaning, having a gathering this weekend, could not leave it like that, u really can't tell until its dry what has been missed
