My cleaner Sal did an amazing job cleaning up some tough stains. He was professional, hard working and attentive, even found some stains I had missed and cleaned them right up. The products are quick to work and are not going to fill the room with strong chemical fumes. The product and services are both top notch I’m using Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning and Sal again.

There was no difference in my carpet it look the same and when I had put water and soap on my carpet there was dirt coming off meaning the guy who was cleaning really didn’t do anything right. Last time I would ever get my carpet cleaned from this company. Waste of 98 dollars I could of called another company.

Communication and service were good. The tech informed me that he would leave a copy of the invoice at the property but I informed him that I would not be able to retrieve the invoice for the service from the property as it is a rental unit and I am not local. I requested the invoice be emailed to me and for some reason that seems to be impossible to do. The tech texted me photos and screenshots of what he had access to showing the amount paid, but I needed an actual invoice for business purposes. A texted photo of the invoice or sending it through the USPS are acceptable also.

Service was great and tech was very friendly and did a thorough job. The only feedback was that the appointment was set for 4 p.m. and he was behind schedule and was not at our site until 5:30 p.m.
