We were given an appointment time of 11 a.m. We got a call around 11:15 a.m. saying they were in New River and the job was 'messy' and would be about an hour late. Then about an hour and half later I received a message saying that there was a problem on I-17 and they could not be sure when they would get to my house. A little later they said they would be at our house at 1 p.m. We had planned our day around the 11 a.m. visit. We wanted to leave right after the cleaning was done and let the carpets dry out for 2-3 hours. One of our errands was going out to eat. We left our house at 12:05 p.m. to go eat somewhere closer and were back at our house 1 p.m. They sent a message at 12:56 p.m. saying they were at our house 1 p.m. and were leaving to do another short job. We called the main office and cancelled the visit, and scheduled another carpet cleaning service to come do our carpets.
We didn't feel it was right to send the same team who was going to do our house so far south, knowing the possibility of problems on a job and traffic on I-17 ... it was a Saturday!!
I am a veteran I wanted to use Oxi-Fresh because it is owned by a veteran. The reviews on-line were very good ... but that was not our experience... Extremely disappointed!!

After the man had done 1 area rug then he told me you offered a stronger deodorizer but the price would be $23.00 for 1 rug(the one he had just done) it was annoying so I said no. Then in the end he said his credit card app was not working and asked me to just let him copy down my CC # down and run it later, that was a huge NO so I had to pay cash. This was a very unprofessional appointment. I will say the man was very nice and the carpets look nice
