More availability would be nice for starters. Additionally, the last visit to my house the technician was hurried and rushed, almost to the point of rude informing me of how long he has been cleaning carpets and how much he knows. I have two areas that don't look great, but I don't want to have to deal with that tech to have them come back and redo the area. Maybe OxiFresh should cover the cost of return visits for their technicians so that it is not such a burdensome task to redo an area for the tech. I can't imagine that they are happy about having to work for free. I understand the "lesson" being construed, "do a good job the first time, or the next time is going to be on your time and dime", but I don't think it is most conducive to great customer service. I always tip my cleaning technicians when they come, and especially if they have to return because I know that the company does not cover it, which leads to employee dissatisfaction, further leading to customer dissatisfaction. I have used OxiFresh for over six years now and really like the process, so I hope that your company continues to survive and thrive so that these issues can be addressed for continued success. Never had a bad experience before. Even pointed out to the young man some issues. Very disappointed with the carpet cleaning this time. Carpet looks better but is still dirty. Normally it looks almost brand new. You can still see some stains. I wasn't going to say anything but the more I look at it the dirtier it looks. Had my carpets cleaned yesterday and a couch. Very happy with the work performed. Carpets weren't terribly dirty but they came out perfect and no soap residue. The couch was cleaned top to bottom, including the back and it looks amazing. Thank you for a great service. JN. - 06/04/2019
