The rugs are very very clean. Rick is very very good and took the time to tell me what to expect and the cleaning procedures.

The carpets and chairs were cleaned well and we would use OXI again.
Two recommendation for future clients-
1. the person cleaning should have a lot of towels to use because the process generates a lot of water on the floor. It is wet and wood floors could be damaged.
2. To set the expectations, OXI should provide a better estimate of the time it takes to complete the job. It is a long process - multiple hours.
