How We Clean Your Tile

Here’s a brief overview of what to expect when you book our Cave Creek tile and grout cleaning.
Step 1
First, we’ll start by inspecting the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We’ll be looking for areas that might need extra attention. Once we’re done, we’ll share our findings with you.
Step 2
Next, we will vacuum your tile and grout. We do this to remove any insoluble debris on the surface that can’t be broken down by our cleaning.
Step 3
We will then apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner to your tile and grout. This product works to break down dirt and oils that are clinging to the tile and grout.
Step 4
Next, we’ll use our cleaning to clean your floor. Its special tile and grout brushes will thoroughly agitate the floor, rapidly breaking up the dirt and oils
Step 5
We’ll then extract the spent product and the dissolved dirt, grime, and oils, leaving the tile and grout looking years younger. Now, if we spot any grout that is heavily stained at this point, we’ll use our Oxi Restore solution. This product is tailored to remove the toughest of grout stains.
Step 6 (Optional)
Once we’re done, you’ll have the option to select an additional service – grout protectant. This product acts as a shield, protecting the porous material of the grout from absorbing new spots and spills. Having us apply the protectant is a great way to protect the investment of having your floor professionally cleaned.
