We were able to schedule an appointment, when we really needed it. The technician, Julian, arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of the carpet condition. Our issue was urine stains from our dog, which were significant. Julian explained that the stains were deep and that he would do the best he could to remove the stain and odor.
