I don't really see a difference except for top dirt. He didn't come to the edge of the carpet in some areas, so I don't really see a difference. The same little spots are still there I could have done a better job myself in and out in and 1 hour. Shaking my head. MG. - Casa Grande, AZ - 02/04/2023

This was an awful experience. The solution didn’t work on my area rug. The technician was very polite and assured me it would clean nicely before he started. My ivory rug still has the same gray spots that were there before he arrived. When he realized it didn’t work he explained because it’s a shag carpet and sometimes it doesn’t work because of the long fibers. Thank you for letting me know AFTER the fact. If there was ANY doubt before he got started I wouldn’t have continued with the service!! I called the manager while he was here and she would not return my call. I paid $105 for nothing! I’m am disputing the charges with my bank since no one will contacted me from this company. So disappointing. JO. - Marana, AZ - 01/25/2023
