1. Vacuum areas to be cleaned with a more powerful, commercial vacuum to extract more dirt than asking homeowner to vacuum with their little upright vacuum.
2. Technician should arrive knowing the square ft. of area. And, that we are being charged for two rooms even tho it is one room and a walk end closet. When he said the area to the walk-in would be an additional charge, we told him that it was included in our sq. ft.
3. Even tho the carpet was cleaned, it doesn't really look much better. (it's two yr. old and only two people, no pets). Technician did remove some spots that we identified, so am hoping that they don't return. I'm trusting that it is, indeed, clean.

Rich was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. He did a walkthrough with me and explained exactly how the products are designed to work and how he would go about the process to clear the stains from the carpet. There was a stubborn stain that didn’t come out with the the initial round of cleaning but Rich didn’t just say oh well, no, he applied a solution for stains and manually cleaned it until the stain was gone. Rich was a pleasure to have in our home and the carpet looked amazing when he was done.
