We follow a multi-step method that ensures our Anthem tile and grout cleanings are effective and efficient. Here is an overview of what to expect when you book us to clean your home:
Step 1: Walkthrough
We’ll start by inspecting the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We’re looking for any areas that might need extra work. Once done, we’ll share our findings with you and give you an idea of what you can expect for the final result.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
Next, we vacuum your tile and grout floor. We do this to remove any surface-level debris that could damage the floor during the cleaning process.
Step 3: Core Cleaner
We’ll then apply our Oxi Stone Cleaner onto the tile and grout. This product breaks down residues that are clinging to the floor.
Step 4: Clean-Up
Using our cleaning machine, we’ll thoroughly clean the floors, thoroughly scrubbing the tile to get them in tip-top shape. After that, we’ll extract the product we’ve applied and the dirt and grime we’ve broken down. At this point, if we find that any grout is still stained, we may also use our special Oxi Restore process.
Step 5: Finishing Touches
Once we’re done, your floors will look cleaner than they have in years. To keep them looking great, we recommend adding our optional grout protectant. This product is designed to protect the porous grout lines from absorbing dirt and oils.
Getting our protectant is an excellent way to protect your investment in the professional cleaning we just completed.
