The service worker who showed up was in a difficult mood and was complaining. After trying for a short while to appease him, I asked him to leave because he was difficult and did not want to deal with him by myself. I have used this service multiple times in the past with no issues, but yesterday was extremely uncomfortable. I will never contact you again, nor will I recommend your service. I was THAT taken aback, and yes, other people were around and commented on attitude as well. I don’t understand what was up. But life is too short for that business. The carpet person was not customer friendly and straight out verbally said that he needed to get to the next house! I wanted my kitchen and may be my bathroom titles done but he wasn't interested in doing the quote nor the work. He left black stuff on the floors. Toward my front door he just gave up he didn't use any spot remover because the same marks are left on the floor. He used my bath tub to get the hot water and did not clean the tub out after he used it. So, no I will not use this company EVER again and will NEVER refer anyone to you all. I had a 2:00 appointment moved all of my furniture so they wouldn’t have to move anything, waited and waited and nobody showed up. I called and they said that a technician would be in touch shortly. Never heard from anybody, called back again and they said their truck was broke down. Well , they told me the truck was broke down 4 days ago and that I could reschedule so they rescheduled for today at 2:00, the truck was supposedly suppose to be fixed by today if they weren’t going to make the appointment somebody should have called me before I went to all that work of moving furniture.
