I've been trying to get a receipt for 3 days. I paid with credit card at the time of my services and was told a receipt would be emailed to me the same day on 10/30. It's 11/2 and I've been sent 2 work orders which show that the service was scheduled and a balance. I have requested a receipt showing service was performed and payment multiple times as this is required by the property owners of the location I moved from. I have not been able to speak directly with the person responsible for sending the document, but a 3rd party who takes a message/request and forwards it.
