I loved that someone answered the phone when I called. I got the appointment day and time that I needed. Price was good. I have pets and kids in the house so I like that it's natural and dries so quickly. Nick was the young man that cleaned the carpets. Great job and very professional and friendly. I have already recommended Oxi Fresh to a friend.
