How We Clean
The dirt, oils, and grime that accumulate on a hardwood floor don’t stand a chance against our amazing cleaning products. To get repeatable, high-level results, we use a five-step process.
Step 1
We begin by inspecting the hardwood, determining where the thickest concentrations of dirt and grime are. If we notice any damage to the wood, we’ll let you know.
Step 2
Vacuuming the hardwood is done next to prevent any damage to the surface of the wood by abrasion during the cleaning process.
Step 3
The OF2000, our amazing floor-cleaning machine, is used to apply a pretreatment solution to the surface of the wood. This enzyme-powered solution breaks down grime on contact.
Step 4
The OF200 continues to be used, this time applying our core cleaning solution to the floor.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once cleaning is over we can apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This is optional, but we highly recommend it. This semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating helps protect the floor against further grime and dirt buildup.
