Step 1
We will begin by inspecting the hardwood floor that you want cleaned. During this inspection, we will look for any damage, as well as where the dirt, oils and grime have built up in the thickest layers.
Step 2
Vacuuming your hardwood floor will remove the grit and debris that could damage it during cleaning. We also want to get rid of anything on the floor that our cleaning solutions won’t break up. This will make cleaning more effective, safer for your floor and quicker.
Step 3
A pretreatment solution will be applied to the thickest layers of dirt and oil on your hardwood. This pretreatment will break up these layers while leaving the hardwood floor beneath unharmed.
Step 4
Our cleaning solutions and the OF2000, a revolutionary cleaning machine, will be used to get the entire hardwood floor clean. The OF2000 accelerates the cleaning process by agitating the surface of the hardwood, releasing the grime and oils that are clinging there.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we have finished cleaning, we can now apply a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating if you’ve ordered it. This protectant will help keep your floor looking clean for months after we are done.
