Grass-Be-Gone: Getting Grass Stains Out of Clothes

What You’ll Need
– Spray Bottle
– Ammonia
– White Vinegar
– Liquid Laundry Detergent
Step 1
Mix 1 cup of ammonia, white vinegar, laundry detergent, and water together and pour it into the spray bottle. “Era” detergent is strongly recommended, but any good detergent should do.
Step 2
Give the bottle a good shake and then spritz the grass stains – don’t be shy with the solution.*
Step 3
Work the solution in by hand (wear gloves) or use a gentle scrubbing brush.
Step 4
Wait 10 to 15 minutes and then wash the clothes like normal. Before you dry them, check the stains to make sure they’re gone. If necessary, repeat this process to remove any residual stains.
