Oxi Fresh’s Jonathan Barnett Named Top 20 Keynote Speaker
LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning’s president and founder, Jonathan Barnett, was recently named in Global Franchise Magazine’s list of the Top 20 Keynote Speakers in 2017.
These speakers have been recognized for both their ability to engage audiences as well as their unique insights into topics vital to the franchising industry. This list includes important franchise industry figures like Tim Ferriss, a start-up advisor who’s worked with Facebook, Uber, Nextdoor, Alibaba, and Twitter; Melaine Bergeron, CEO of Two Men and a Truck; Rocco Fiorentino, Benetrends Financial’s CEO; and many more.
Mr. Barnett had this to say about being named a top keynote speaker:

Mr. Barnett founded Oxi Fresh in 2006 in Lakewood, Colorado. In a little over ten years, he grew the business rapidly until it became an international brand with over 320 locations. He credits this rapid growth and success to several core philosophies and that he runs his business like a, “technology company that cleans carpet.”
“I really think it’s easy to overcomplicate a business, to bury yourself underneath tons of policies, theories, and bureaucracy, said Mr. Barnett, “I try to operate my business through four main ideas: Trust through Transparency, Speed through Systems, Ownership through Scoring, and Letting Go. If you can really embrace those ideas, the impact on your business can be enormous.”
Some of the events Mr. Barnett has spoken at over the years include the IFA Convention, the International Franchising Expo, the Franchise Consumer Marketing Conference, the Franchise Leadership and Development Conference, the Springboard Convention for Emerging Franchisors, and the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference.
