Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Featured on List of Top Franchises for Veterans
Oxi Fresh Franchisee, Sean Rotolo, Featured in List
Lakewood, Colo. – In the most recent edition of Entrepreneur Magazine, Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning was ranked among other top franchise brands for veterans, coming in at the 121st spot. The list, comprising 150 companies, was created out of a potential pool of nearly 600 franchise businesses.
“We’re thrilled to have been named to the Top Franchises for Veterans listing,” said Jonathan Barnett, the carpet cleaning franchise company’s founder and president, “For decades, Entrepreneur has been the source to go to for insights into the world of franchising. They are meticulous in their research and do entrepreneurs everywhere a great service by creating these lists. We’re glad that the benefits we provide veterans have been recognized.”
The carpet cleaning franchise company provides veterans with a 10% discount on purchasing a franchise business. Oxi Fresh offers this discount as a member of VetFran, an organization designed to both encourage veterans to explore franchising as a future career and encourage franchisors to provide incentives to veterans.
Sean Rotolo: Navy Veteran and Oxi Fresh Franchisee
The listing—which is based on a variety of considerations, such as the incentive offered by the company and the number of franchisees who are veterans—was accompanied by a series of featurettes highlighting veterans working in the world of franchising.
Oxi Fresh was represented by Sean Rotolo. Rotolo served in U.S. Navy for over 15 years and is currently serving in U.S. Navy Reserves. Over his many years of service, Rotolo provided invaluable support designed to help keep military installations in good condition and supplies flowing; he did everything from managing teams to overseeing millions of dollars of important goods.
In 2019, Sean fully launched his carpet cleaning franchise in Florida and reached nearly 250K in sales. In his second year—during the COVID pandemic—the business grew 36% while also maintaining the employment of his entire team. In 2021, Sean and his wife Cristina were also named Clients of the Year by The Entrepreneur Source.
Outside of running his business and serving in the US Navy Reserves, Sean is active in the community. He is the co-founder of Veteran Business Connection, a non-profit that helps veterans seeking to become entrepreneurs. VBC-US helps veterans by providing them with resources, mentoring programs, education, and a network of other veteran entrepreneurs. “Seeing Sean featured in Entrepreneur magazine was a real pleasure. He’s a hardworking guy who cares about his carpet cleaning franchise and his community,” said Mr. Barnett, “We’re proud to have many veterans like him as part of our brand.”
