Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Releases Its Online Scheduling Program

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning began operations in 2006, offering carpet and upholstery cleaning in the Denver-Metro area. In just a few years, the company expanded across the nation, with over 235 locations in nearly every state. Before the launch of the Online Scheduling Program, customers would call Oxi Fresh’s centralized Scheduling Center to book their appointments.
“The Scheduling Center is a great service for customers – and that’s not going to change,” said Crystal McClain, Director of Operations. “But now they have a choice in how they book their appointments. If they want to talk to us to learn more about how we clean, they can give us a call. If they just need to book an appointment and are a near a computer, they can use this great program.”
