Franchise Business Review Names Oxi Fresh as Hall of Famer
Carpet Cleaning Franchise Has Ranked in Franchisee Satisfaction Awards for 10 Years
LAKEWOOD, Colo. – The Franchise Business Review recently inducted Oxi Fresh into their Hall of Fame. The carpet cleaning franchise has ranked ten times in the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards, earning them a spot among brands like Jan Pro, FASTSIGNS, Snap-on Tools, and others.
The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards stand out among the various other industry rankings as they are based off the franchisees rather than the franchisor. It’s the satisfaction and success of the franchisees that determine how and if a company ranks.
And it’s not easy to earn a spot. Franchisees submit in-depth surveys that ask detailed, probing questions about a wide variety of matters. These include the financial growth and strength of their individual locations, their opinions on the quality of training materials provided, how they feel about the community of franchisees, the vision of the leadership, the day-to-day support of the franchisor, the implementation of technology, and so on.
Around 30,000 franchisees will submit these surveys and, based on the results, the franchisors earn (or don’t) a spot in the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. After ranking ten times, those companies can then earn a spot in the Franchise Business Review Hall of Fame – no easy feat.
