Brent, our associate, was excellent. He thoroughly inspected our carpets. He discussed the process and went straight to it. He was friendly and honest. It is a great company here in Cross Lanes, WV. I am definitely calling in the future. The process took about an hour and about 2 hours to dry. Once completed it was as beautiful and smelled wonderful. Do not sleep on the deodorant for you carpet. So fresh. All the stains that had came up from a previous cleaning name brand company were gone. Highly recommend. Oh and exceptional prices. Thank you for everything.
