I know it is hard to move furniture, but it would have been nice to have the entire carpet done, even under the bed and dresser.

I had light carpet in good condition except for a hallway with noticeable traffic pattern and a large greasy stain. They were able to lighten up the grease stain but the traffic pattern’s still obvious. In one bedroom there were a couple coin-sized stains, not too noticeable, that when all was dried they were about a foot in diameter each. So didn’t remove them, just diluted them and spread them out and made them more noticeable. Same area now has a noticeable split in a carpet seam that I didn’t even know was there until after your treatment. 2nd bedroom had a light stain that remained the same. 3rd bedroom again existing stains a bit lighter but still quite visible. Took far longer than 2 hrs to dry. Shame on you for posting pictures of filthy white carpet that came out looking good. Not my experience at all, and not my expectation. So I paid over $300 for a job that didn’t improve anything. I wasn’t expecting perfection but I sure wasn’t expecting such a disappointing result. I wish I had taken ‘before’ pictures because I kind of think it looked better before it was “cleaned”.
You tell me what you can do to make it right. Refund?
