Your technician was very professional and friendly. I am extremely pleased with the results. This process really lifted the nap as well as cleaned. I sent a text on the 4th of July and received a prompt response, and best of all, I could get an appointment the very next day! I will be using your service again for sure and will recommend your company.

Lucas our technician was super friendly and came to us on short notice. He explained everything he was going to do and I showed him areas of concern. The carpet we have is about 15 years old with heavy wear so it didn't come as clean as I was hoping and there were still many stains that didn't come out so I would have hoped for more attention on those spots. Regardless, I would definitely recommend you guys!

The carpet cleaner was very polite and professional so i don't want this to reflect on him but after the carpet dried there were still stains on one of the carpets. Two of the three cleaned up just fine but one was did not. Thanks
