Appt rescheduled from 9am to 2pm and still didn't arrive until 3pm. Those marks that are shown in pictures that look like triangles are very hard to get rid of. Requires alot of vacuuming. I Forgot about a small landing at foot of steps when asked for estimate of steps, four rooms and 2 area rugs I had on driveway waiting to be cleaned for I over 6 hours and was charged an extra $30.00 for an area approximately 3 x 4. Will not hire again
