The carpet is very clean and smells nice! No chemical smells . ! It is dry the next day . The price is reasonable, and they are alway able to schedule within a day or two . I have used Oxi Fresh for many years. I am always extremely happy about how nice the carpets and stairs look after they are cleaned. An added bonus is how quickly they dry.
