We have used Oxifresh several times now for carpet cleaning and have been very happy with the services. Overall the carpets look good-several stains are still there unable to get out with the carpet cleaning apparently; not sure if your company can use stain remover?. Also had furniture cleaned-very disappointed in that; the cushions were not removed to clean the furniture which 1. only 3/4 of the cushion was cleaned a couple of inches that are tucked under the back were still dry and obviously not taken out to be cleaned and only one side of the cushion was cleaned. the bottom material under the cushions was not cleaned. 2. Where the cushions were cleaned still on the couch caused water spotting like the water was running in between the cushions and dried like that which is obvious. It looks like dirty water stains on the sides of the cushions. I took pictures of the dried water stains. For the cost not sure I would hire this company to clean furniture. If your policy is that you do not remove the cushions to clean them; it was not told to me when I called and spoke to the person who took my order on the phone. JW. - Manitowoc, WI - 03/01/2026

The operator was friendly and respectful. The carpet looks beautiful. The scheduling was poor. I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs from the scheduled time for him to arrive. He called earlier in the day, apologized and explained this, and offered me a choice to reschedule. I told him I'd rather he keep the appointment at whatever time he could make it.
