If I wanted a careless vacuum job I would have done it myself, I've tried to contact management about my dissatisfaction, but I haven't received a response. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service.

I had a wonderful young Man named Joe who came to clean my carpet and area rugs. He was so pleasant and sociable. He listened to what I needed to have done and did an amazing job. I definitely would recommend Oxi-Fresh and actually have told several people already. I love that some of the money paid goes to Dog Rescue because I have one now and have had many in the past. What a great cause.

Oxi-fresh exceeded my expectations. Dan arrived right on time, was very friendly and efficient. Most importantly, he got stains out of my white carpet that no other cleaner was able to remove. The carpet looks great!
