I love how soft and clean the carpet turned out. My carpet is close to 14 years old. I didn’t have a lot of stains so I just had cleaning and deodorant service ordered. I had an email link and with in 5 minutes I had an appointment only 5 days later. Price was confirmed for special rate. Day of service I only had to vacuum before tech arrived. I moved some little stuff out and the Tech moved the recliner and a few tables. He even cleaned underneath the couch when I tipped it back! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

They were professional, prompt and diligent. The carpets, which are quite dated, look good and smell fresh. Definitely would use them again. It was not a cheap service but seems comparable to other service providers I researched.
