There were a couple of unraveled areas on the edge of the rug. They weren't there before, and my husband said he was told that those were there when the service person unrolled the rug. I would guess it happened when the rug was dragged by my husband. But, I recommend that the technician point out the flaw before starting the cleaning instead of waiting until completion. No worries-next time I'll try to make sure the rug is lifted, not dragged.
