I knew I wanted to schedule with you guys, but I had just moved into my new house so my life was a bit hectic and I needed some time to settle in. I was called and texted daily and it was very frustrating. I even got contacted by an owner I think. I was very clear I would reach out when I was ready and people kept calling and texting. It was to the point where I almost went with another company because I wanted to be left alone. I finally scheduled because I wanted to not be bothered, and I got so many emails with the time wrong and price wrong. The kid came to clean my couch was extremely unprofessional and not kind. Overall not pleased at all.. but my couch got cleaned so that made me happy. I did refer to a friend but let her know she will get blown up and bothered but they get the job done

Good communication for scheduling the appointment. The technician did a great job and was very professional and curteous.

Carpet didn't get clean properly. Hair on the carpet actually got entangled and were stuck instead of getting removed. Pricing is on the higher side and doesn't justify the level of service that I received

Your machine is pretty light duty. Very light duty. There is not even a dirty water return. I was expecting a more professional piece of equipment.
