The cleaner wasn't professional. Didn't do a thorough job, there was more stains left in the couch due to the solution used. After specifically asking him to utilise street parking, he went and parked in a handicapped spot in the building garage. He needed constant supervision to clean as he seemed in a rush and kept suggesting me to clean certain parts of the couch on my own. Even the rug isn't clean enough after the service.
