Well the carpet smells like straight up dog still. Not a urine outdoor, just smells like dog. Granted, I didn't get the deodorizer treatment, but I didn't smell any of that people to the carpets being cleaned. I'm sure that the people that lived here prior never had the carpets cleaned so who knows how long it has been, but I at least expected the carpets to smell fresh and not worse. However, customer service was amazing in getting me squeezed into the schedule on a last minute basis, and I am very grateful for that!
